How we work with you?

We realise that everyone is different and hence have different needs. That is why we have developed our 4 step building process which aims at getting as much details as possible from you, before providing you with our expert advice and proposed solutions.

Consultation

After our initial contact, we will organise a time to meet at your home or property where your proposed work will take place. In the meeting we will want to hear your ideas so we can offer you the best possible advice and solution.

Quotation

After the consultation, we will provide an estimate for your enquiry. This will contain pricing/quotes from our trusted suppliers. Once you are happy, we will go forward and sign a guarantee contract, and get ready for the work.

Tell us which date and time suits you, and we will go from there.

We will be running and managing your project from the beginning to the end. This includes being responsible for your budget, organising the materials and updating you on any developments. It is important for us at ASAP AIR to be open and flexible with our clients – we will be available as your point of contact before, during and after the work is done.

Completion

The final inspection will be carried out by you. We will be on site with you during this time to answer your questions and to show you how to operate the system. Once the handover process is over, you will reap the benefits of your heat pump or air conditioning system.
